For all our return clients and most of our new clients, we request payment and provide an invoice at the time we return the finished documents to you. In some cases, we reserve the right to request partial or full payment before work has been returned. We regret we cannot make exceptions if we have determined payment is required prior to customers receiving their edited documents. We cannot begin working on any new materials until we receive payment for previous work.

For corporate and regular clients, we offer a convenient monthly billing system. Monthly billing can be arranged by emailing to payment@wordbrain.net.

Billing options include: credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. For clients in Japan, we also offer direct deposit.
